Abstract
En la comunicación se caracterizan ocho modelos de certificación de competencias personales (profesionales y laborales) reconocidos a nivel internacional. Estos modelos se llevan a cabo desde Organismos de Certificación de Personas y se encuentran actualmente activos en la región de Madrid. Trece indicadores se han utilizado para caracterizar y comparar sus diferentes aspectos permitiendo comprobar diferencias conceptuales y similitudes.
In this communication eight models of competence certification (professional and labor) recognized at an international level are characterized. These models are carried out from organizations operating Certification Systems for Persons. These Certification Systems are currently active in Madrid region, as an innovative approach for employment policies. Thirteen indicators have been defined to characterize and compare their different aspects.
